    试讲,又叫模拟教学或者无生上课,是目前全国教师资格证统一考试和教师招聘考试面试的主要面试形式,因此对试讲的了解与否对大家是否能够拿到教师资格证或者成为一名光荣的教师具有至关重要的作用。国考教师资格证面试主要由结构化问答,试讲和答辩三个方面组成。其中试讲占10分钟,结构化和答辩分别5分钟,由此可见试讲好坏是考生成功与否的一个非常重要的标尺。那么,肯定有很多考生在这十分钟上存在疑惑,是按照正常一堂课的节奏讲,讲到哪儿是哪儿,还是将一堂课最重要的部分塞到这10分钟里,还是将整堂课浓缩到10分钟以内呢?这十分钟要怎么安排,我该如何备考呢?考试中应该注意什么?下面,就各位考生存在的疑惑,为大家答疑解惑。                                                            

       

     (一)试讲环节及时间分配                                                               

        教师资格证面试试讲一般情况下是无生上课,即在没有学生的情况下,授课教师模拟正常上课情境,通过教学来展现自己的教学能力。因此,试讲并非是随便讲十分钟讲到哪里是哪里,也不是选取一堂课中某个部分进行教学,而是具有完整的教学过程的一整堂课的浓缩。小学英语课堂主要包含六个环节,即热身(导入)、新授、练习、巩固、小结、作业。顾名思义,我们在10分钟的试讲过程中也要包含这六个部分。下面,就这六个部分的主要内容及其在十分钟内的时间分配进行简要介绍。                                                               

       

     热身(导入)warming up (leading in)  1-2分钟                                                                

        热身的目的是让学生快速的从课下的汉语环境中进入到英语课堂上的英语环境,一般情况下热身我们可以使用英文歌曲或者韵律操等方式进行,快速抓住学生注意力。而导入的目的则是激发学生学习兴趣,且将话题导入到本节课所学的主题上来,达到“课未始,兴已浓”的效果。小学英语课堂对热身和导入没有硬性要求,有其一或者两者皆有均可。由于考试试讲时间只有10分钟,因此,这部分建议1-2分钟,快速切入主题即可。                                                               

        

    新授presentation  3分钟                                                               

      

        新授这部分主要是教授本节课的重点知识及技能等,是一节课的重心,因此,这个部分所占时间较长,应占3分钟左右。小学英语一般以听说课为主,而听说课的主要内容则是重点的句型和单词及其用法,因此在新授部分我们重点教授单词和句型。由于小学英语课堂最重要的方面是吸引学生学习英语的兴趣,因此在新授过程中我们需要采取一些活动来吸引学 生的兴趣,在这里,我们可以使用图片新授,tpr新授,情境带入新授等方式进行重点知识                                                               

       

     练习practice   2分钟左右                                                               

        新授完之后,下一个部分就是对刚刚所学的知识进行练习的部分了。在练习部分,教师所要做的是组织生动活泼的课堂活动或者课堂小游戏等让学生对本节课所学知识进行操练,达到感知理解的目的。因此,本部分在整个试讲过程中所占时间应为2分钟左右。

     巩固 consolidation   2分钟左右                                                                

        对语言知识练习完了之后,教师需要组织活动让学生对所学到的知识进行巩固加强,这就是巩固环节。巩固与练习的主要区别在于,练习是语言层面上的操练,主要是让学生练习本节课所学的语言,而巩固则是语用层面的操练,它主要注重培养学生对本节课所学知识的理解运用,学生能够在恰当的情景下使用本节课所学语言,从而达到学以致用的目的。在这个部分教师可以为学生设置一定的情景,让学生去运用所学语言,所占时间为2分钟左右。

    小结 summary  1分钟左右                                                              

        一堂课要做到有始有终,因此,小结必不可少。课堂小结不仅可以让学生回顾本节课所学,同时也是老师检验自己本节课教学实践成功与否的重要方式。根据新课改要以学生为主体的基本理念,小结我们一般采用学生总结,老师补充,情感升华的基本方式。本部分所占时间1分钟左右。                                                                

      

      作业homework   1分钟左右                                                               

        在本节课的尾声,不要忘了给学生布置作业,以再次巩固所学。教师在布置作业的过程中应注意开放性和选择性的结合,从而照顾到不同层次的学生。这部分所占时间为1分钟左右。                                                               

        

    (二)考试注意事项                                                               

        大家在面试的过程中出了要做到合理安排以上各部分所占时间之外,还需要注意以下几点:                                                               

        1. 授课有激情,口语流利,抑扬顿挫。作为一名英语老师,一口流利的口语是评委极其看重的,因此大家在考试之前应在家勤加练习,做到能用简单的英语上完一整堂课。同时说话也要掷地有声、抑扬顿挫,这样才能吸引住学生的兴趣。                                                               

        2. 课程中要体现新课程标准中的一些基本理念,如面向全体学生、以学生为主体、评价主体多元化、运用现代化教学设备等。                                                                                                                                                

        3. 保持微笑,对学生多一点关爱。作为未来的小学英语老师,不仅要能够将知识传授给学生,同时还需要具备一定的亲和力,这样才能成为学生喜爱的老师,才能让学生喜爱上英语课。                                                               

        4. 着装合体,整洁大方,不过于随意。教师这个行业虽不硬性要求着正装,但为人师表,我们要做到着装整洁得体,端庄大方,给人感觉看起来像老师。                                                                

        5. 不要忘记板书。板书可以呈现本节课重要知识点,有利于学生随时观看复习,因此,考生在试讲过程中要注意写板书。
